About Me

I’m Molly, a trauma-informed functional nutritionist.

My work centres on the nervous system and the gut–brain connection, and how these influence digestion, hormones, energy, and overall health.

I’m a BANT-registered nutritionist focused on supporting women who feel like their health concerns have become complicated or hard to untangle.

Often, symptoms such as ongoing gut issues, fatigue, skin changes, or hormone imbalance don’t occur in isolation.

They sit alongside stress, emotional load, and a body under long-term pressure.

Rather than focusing on quick answers, I take time to understand how your symptoms fit into your wider health picture.

That context matters, especially when the nervous system has been pushed into coping mode for years.

My Story

I lived for years with undiagnosed Crohn’s disease for years, despite many trips to the GP and hospital.

I was told by the hospital that my food and lifestyle choices could have no impact on what I was experiencing.

I spent years doing my own research and trying different diets and online tips, only to make myself worse and ultimately develop secondary digestive conditions.

Despite trying to manage things carefully, my health often felt fragile and unpredictable.

I started working with a nutritional therapist, and I began to understand the role of gut resilience and the gut-brain connection.

Within 18 months, I’d put my conditions into remission, and I was off all medication.

This was the spark I needed - it inspired me to retrain to help others get the support I so desperately needed.

I knew the impact these conditions had on my life, and I also knew that, with the right support, we didn’t have to live this way.

I began my training in 2019, and I qualified as a functional nutritionist in 2021

Learning to work with my body, rather than constantly trying to control it, changed how I approached my own health and now underpins the way I support my clients in finding steadier, longer-term relief.

How I Work

My approach is food-first and always personalised. I tailor nutrition support to your individual needs, preferences, and capacity, so changes feel realistic rather than overwhelming.

Alongside nutrition, I may suggest lifestyle adjustments and targeted supplements where appropriate.

I also offer functional testing for clients who want deeper insight into potential imbalances or underlying factors that may be holding back their health.

Who I Support

Many of the women I work with come to me with persistent digestive symptoms such as bloating, discomfort, or IBS, and a sense that stress or emotional strain may be part of what’s going on.

Alongside digestive health, I regularly support concerns around fertility, skin health, hormone balance, energy levels, and fatigue.

I focus on helping clients understand how these areas connect, rather than treating them as separate problems to solve.

I want you to feel informed and confident in your own body, with tools and understanding you can carry forward, not dependent on constant fixes or rules.
